Terms & Conditions

• Bookings are not confirmed and no dates are reserved without a booking details confirmation, deposit and agreement in place.

• All booking fees/deposit paid are non-refundable.

• Your details are secured by card via our online booking system to secure your date.

• Booking fees/deposits may be transferred if dates happen to change at the discretion of your stylists and salon owner.

• The final fee/balance for hair and makeup packages must be paid 4 weeks before your wedding date.

• If booking within 6 weeks of your wedding date, full payment is to be paid within 48 hours of confirmation to secure the date.

• If you cancel the booking once the final balance has been paid, 50% of the final balance will be refunded. The booking fee remains non-refundable.

• Due to demand at peak season (May-October), a minimum booking for a weekend wedding will be the bride plus 2 adults or the cost equivalent will be the minimum fee.

• Any changes to the booking or party numbers, to be sent to Amy the salon owner by email- aurabridal.enquiries@gmail.com

• Once the bookings are confirmed, quotes agreed and the booking fee paid. the price will not change unless additional guests are added to your package.

• All children are the wedding party's responsibility, notably around hot tools and equipment. Any damages incurred will be billed.

• Wedding insurance may be advisable in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• Please make any allergies to products, aerosols/sprays known to stylists prior to any booking.

• The stylists have the right to refuse facial application to anyone suffering from compromised health, ie, cold sores, to protect equipment and tools.

• Strip lashes are included in the price. No discount if the client/guest does not wish to use them.

• Inform the stylist of any parking information on the site of your venue/home before the date.

• Trial bookings are held at AurA Hair and beauty salon in Horwich and are to be paid for on the day, unless the booking is for a larger party package (see below).

• Trials for larger bookings of more than one person require a booking fee of 20% of the package prices which, is non-refundable. Appointments are to be paid in full on the day of the trial booking, minus the booking fee.

• Amy and the team may take photographs during your trial and on the day bookings. Please state if you would not like the images shared on social media or portfolio. 

• If you are happy for Amy at AurA to share any professional images of your day. Please send them to aura.bridalenquiries@gmail.com and include your photographer’s details.
